My piece, "The Last Dance at the Bearded Lady," is a photographic diptych that serves as a poignant farewell. These two photos were captured at the very cusp of the iconic Bearded Lady's closure on a night that celebrated a wonderful local (at the time, we didn't know what was coming) , preserving the final moments of a place that was more than just a venue. It was the heartbeat of West End's creative soul, and it was, in fact, the last time I danced at the Bearded Lady.
